SENAI CETIQT's Compliance and Integrity Program is based on the values and principles consolidated in the Code of Ethical Conduct, a document that, since its inception, has exalted plurality, democracy and diversity.

In addition, adherence to international good corporate governance practices contributes to increasing the efficiency and quality of the services we provide to companies and society, strengthening the mechanisms necessary to face the challenges of a world in constant transformation.

I am sure that the articulation and synergy, which have always characterized our work, will contribute to the dissemination and application of good compliance and integrity practices at SENAI CETIQT, other entities and bodies of the Industry System and other institutions.

These instruments are applied for the duration of the relationship of these people with the entities, promoting and consolidating the values and ethical principles and integrity in the exercise of their activities. In addition, they establish fundamental pillars for the prevention, detection and remediation of damage.

Among the main relationship and regulation parameters adopted by the Entities (CNI and IEL/NC) and Bodies (SESI/DN and SENAI/DN) of the Industry System, the following stand out:
