Transparency and Equal Pay Report

The Transparency and Equal Pay Report is a mandatory document for companies with 100 or more employees, required by Law No. 14,611/2023 (Equal Pay Law).  The main objective is to present detailed data on average salaries, occupations, and the participation of women in the labor market, increasing transparency about salaries and the criteria that define them, allowing the remuneration of women and men to be compared.

SENAI is maintained and managed by the industry, reports to the Federal Court of Accounts and has its budget ratified by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.

SENAI CETIQT, in turn, although it is a unit of the National Department of SENAI, is individually accountable to that Court, having its financial statements and other relevant information published on the Transparency Portal.
